Good Evening Cheltenham Families,

I am writing to you to prepare you for our contest(s) at Upper Merion High School this upcoming Saturday 8.24.24 at 1:00 PM.  Cheltenham is going through a massive facilities upgrade this year which resulted in us needing to rent Upper Merion High School’s stadium in order to allow our renovation to continue without disruption.  In an effort to respect and honor our friends at Upper Merion we are asking that all spectators  maintain Upper Merion’s fields and facilities by cleaning all areas you utilize.  Below you will find helpful information if you plan on attending the game.

Event Policy: No Refunds are available once tickets are purchased. Game Ticket Sales will end 8.24.24 at 2:00 PM. Spectators who do not have a ticket purchase a ticket prior to 2:00 PM will not be permitted into the stadium

Entry for Fans: Gates will open at 12:15 PM. Tickets must be purchased by 2:15 PM on 8.21.24. Any person(s) who does not have a valid ticket will not be admitted into the stadium. 

Purchasing Tickets: Cheltenham will not be taking cash payments at the game. All tickets will be 5.00 for students and spectators. CHS Hometown Ticketing Link 

Event Re-entry Policy: This event will have no re-entries.

Bag Policy: This event will have a small clear bag only policy.

Sideline Protocol: Only coaches and approved staff will be allowed on the sidelines.

*Please note Cheltenham School District reserves the right to remove any fan or spectator for behavior outside of ideals of the PIAA. Upper Merrion and Cheltenham have a zero tolerance for alcohol, drug or vape usage or paraphernalia

Please Note: All spectators are subject to a Hometown Ticket service fee in addition to their $5.00 ticket.
